| 摘 要： | 文章从新时期高等工科院校基层团工作环境入手,深入分析和研究了高等工科院校基层团工作中出现的新情况新问题,提出通过创建活动品牌等方式,创建更具针对性的"个性化"基层团工作来提高共青团组织的凝聚力,推进高校共青团工作的大发展。
