| 摘 要： | 犯罪新闻的娱乐化就是以娱乐性为框架架构犯罪新闻，它是媒介从以传者为中心到以受者为中心范式转换过程中的一种价值歧路。犯罪新闻的娱乐化导致媒介环境监测与预警功能的迷失、罪感与耻感的沦丧、道德省思能力的消弥。犯罪新闻报道应当全面反映和体现法律的精神和价值。
