| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期下,高等院校要适应形势,加快发展,领导干部就要不辱使命、不负重托,不断提高科学判断形势的能力、驾驭市场经济的能力、应对复杂局面的能力、依法执政的能力和总揽全局的能力。要从切实加强学习,端正工作作风、密切联系群众等方面着手,不断增强政治意识,提高领导水平和执政水平,从而领导高等院校全面发展。
