城市社区民主自治中存在的问题及对策分析

当前社区自治中存在着诸如居委会行政色彩浓厚、社区自治功能缺失、社区新生自治组织发展阻力重重、居民民主参与意识淡薄、参与能力不足、社区自治的制度环境和硬件设施尚不完善等问题。为此,应该发挥党政机关主导作用,完善相关法律法规,消除社区自治障碍,明确居委会职能定位,发展多层次、多形式的社区自治组织,培育社区中介组织,搭建信息沟通平台,加强职业化、高素质社区工作者队伍建设。
