关于机构养老服务需求与供给的文献梳理与展望

随着我国人口老龄化程度的加深以及家庭养老功能的弱化,机构养老服务的供给与需求成为各界关注的焦点。通过对机构养老服务内涵、国内外机构养老服务需求和供给情况的梳理,可以发现:我国对养老机构功能层次上的划分与国外差距较大,养老服务需求与供给之间难以匹配,特别是床位需求与养老机构供给结构性失衡。将来,我国机构养老服务水平的提高,有待于从养老层次的细化、养老服务内容的完善、民办养老机构服务质量的提升以及加强机构养老服务研究等方面展开。

Review and Prospect of the Literature on the Demand and Supply of Institutional Aged Services

With the aging of China’s population and the weakening of family pension function,the supply and demand of institutional pension services have become the focus of attention in the theoretical circle and governments at all levels.Through combing the connotation of institutional pension service,the demand and supply situation of domestic and foreign institutions’aged care services,this paper found that there is a large gap between the functional level of elderly care institutions in China and that of foreign countries,there are problems such as the mismatch between the demand and supply of elderly care service provided by the elderly care institutions,the imbalance between the demand and supply of beds in the elderly care institutions,etc.In the end,the paper looks forward to the division of the elderly care level,the improvement of the content of elderly care service,the quality of the service of the private elderly care institutions and the strengthening of the research on institutional elderly care service,in order to provide practical and effective help for the improvement of the level of institutional pension service in China.
