伦理的科技与科技的伦理

科学技术的发展与人类自身的关系越来越密切,越来越具有道德的性质和伦理意蕴,因此,科学技术的发展只有借助于伦理道德的正确引导,才能朝着有利于人类的方向健康发展;同时,传统的伦理道德现念也正在经受着科学技术的冲击和洗礼,面临着痛苦的转变和选择,伦理道德观念也只有根植于科学技术的土壤之中,吸取科技进步成果的丰富营养,才能成为正确指引科学技术发展的前导,而不是科学技术发展的羁绊.

Ethical Science and Scientific Ethics

The relationship between the development of science and technology(ST) and man himself is getting closer as both go on.The development of ST has acquired more meanings in morals and ethics.Only when the direction pointed by ethics is correct,will ST develop in favor of human beings.Traditional ideas of ethics are undergoing ST's pounding and baptizing,and facing the misery of conversion and selection.Only when ethical ideas base themselves upon the soil of ST and absorb the developmental results of ST can it provide the proper guidance instead of barriers for ST development.
