| 摘 要： | 高校就业工作直接关系到广大人民群众的切身利益,关系到高校的生存与发展,关系到社会的和谐稳定,关系到整个社会主义现代化建设的伟大事业。高校就业工作只有与时俱进,在保证“机构、人员、经费”三到位的基础上,实现目标具体化、工作全员化、服务全程化、指导专业化、资源信息化、市场扩大化、跟踪调查制度化、评估体系科学化,才能在激烈的就业市场竞争中立于不败之地。

| Abstract: | Employment of colleges and universities is directly connected with the immediate interests of majority of people, the existence and development of colleges and universities, the harmony and stability of the society and the great course of the socialist modernization drive. On the basis of guarantee of mechanism, staff and funds, employment of colleges and universities has no choice but advance with times. It should have specific goal, popularized work, perfection of service, specialized instruction, informationized resources, magnified markets, systematized follow-up and investigation and scientific evaluation system so that colleges and universities can be invincible in the fierce competition of job market. |
