| 摘 要： | 网络时代背景下高校共青团传统工作模式正面临诸多新挑战,包括网络的自由性和选择性对高校共青团宣传教育职能的挑战、网络的开放性和交互性对高校共青团吸引凝聚职能的挑战、网络的广泛性和便捷性对高校共青团组织动员职能的挑战、网络的虚拟性和匿名性对高校共青团服务大学生成长成才职能的挑战。面对网络时代的挑战和冲击,广西师范学院以"创新-超越-回馈"为路径,创新性地提出了共青团组织三级(校-院-班)网络工作模式,并以此形成对高校共青团传统工作模式的重构和对团组织功能的完善,为网络时代背景下高校共青团工作模式的创新进行了有益探索和尝试。
