民族问题关系到国家主权、社会稳定、经济发展,其重要性不仅对多民族的国家,而且对多民族的世界都是显而易见的。近年来民族问题国际化的趋势越来越明显,对国际关系的变革起着一定的作用,而且一定程度上影响到国家与国家之间的关系。随着我国对外开放程度的加深,国内外民族分裂主义势力相互勾结,使中国国内民族问题国际化,对中国的现代化建设、国家主权和领土完整构成了严重威胁。
