摘    要:决定短跑成绩的因素是多方面的,但力量训练对提高短跑运动员成绩是至关重要的,也是不可忽视的,虽然我们有不同的训练方法和经验,但训练的实验证明了按照动力,静力、动静结合的训练方法及顺序,对提高运动员成绩是有利的。

Abstract:There are many elements to decide dash man's record,among which training of strength plays a vital role in elevating his record,that also mustn't be neglected.Although there already have been so many training methods and experience,the experiments of training illustrate that the method of training runners according to dynamic,static and combination of dynamic and static and in the turn can promote the improvement of runner's record.
