| 摘 要： | 学生个性的张扬是创新、创业和创造的原基。接受高等教育应成为每个公民的权利和义务，普及高等教育也是破解“应试教育”的关键。在大众化阶段和学分制还不能全面实施的情况下，应突破传统，努力实践“张扬个性培养创新”的理念，采取过渡性措施。

| Abstract: | The development of personality lays a basis for innovation,entrepreneurship and creation.Every person should have right of receiving higher education,and popularization of higher education is the key to resolution of examination-oriented education system.For no thorough education of credit hour system and popularization of higher education,some traditions should be broken through,the idea of personality development should be practiced and some transitional measures should be taken. |
