| 摘 要： | 本文在对国内外高等药学教育现状与发展趋势进行分析的基础上,提出"制药工程师—技师"、"药师—营销师"等复合型人才培养模式,是适合我国地方院校的药学人才培养模式,并对其培养途径进行了简单论述。

| Abstract: | The paper,based on the analysis of the higher education of pharmaceutical talents in universities of our country and abroad,gives the education model of compound talents: both pharmaceutical engineers and technicians,both pharmacist and marketing specialists,which is suitable for cultivating pharmaceutical talents in local universities of our country.It also makes a brief discussion of the education method. |
