孔子行政伦理规范探析

孔子行政伦理思想总体上讲求德政仁治，重视伦常，提倡人际和谐、追求社会安定。为规范当时“礼崩乐坏”的“行政失范”行为，孔子总结了不少行政伦理规范，其主要内容有：“戒奢尚俭”、“欲而不贪”；恪守“四毋”，坚持道义；“居之无倦，行之以忠”；“慎言慎行”，“不忧不惧”；“无见小利”，“和而不同”；“取信于民”、“中庸”处政等。探析这些思想对于规范当今行政人员的某些“行政失范”行为具有一定的理论意义和实践价值。
