| 摘 要： | 对滦河进行实地考察，并从下世纪初期北京供水形势与方案分析，在引滦济说增加北京水源的可能性和引滦济京增加北京水源的战略措施三个方面进行系统分析的基础上，认为不失时机地将下世纪初期解决北京水资源紧缺、缓解供求矛盾的视野首先转向滦治流动，并采取有效措施，兼顾天津、唐山两市水源需求，是目前优于其他方案的战略选择。

| Abstract: | The present paper studies the water resource issues in Beijing, including water supply and scenarios, the feasibility and strategies of water transferring from Luanhe River. As a conclusion, the scheme of water transferring is regarded as the optimal one among the numerous alternatives. This scheme may be carried out early this century to alleviate the water shortage in Beijing. |
