中国农村经济体制改革中的产权问题

分析中国农村产权制度变迁 ,得出以下结论 :一、农村产权制度的明晰化和剩余索取权的内在化 ,诱致了生产队制度向家庭责任制的制度变迁 ;二、农村生产的规模经济诱致家庭责任制向规模化经营的制度变迁 ;三、农村目前的产权制度仍是一种不完备的产权制度。

Property Rights in China's Agricultural Economic System Reform

By analyzing the institutional change of property rights in China's agricultural reform, it is concluded that the distinctness of property rights system and the internalization of residual claims in China's countryside induce the institutional change from the production team system to the household responsibility system, and that the economy of scale in agricultural production induces the institutional change form the household responsibility system to the scale of production ,but so far, the system of property rights in China's countryside is still imperfect.
