美国高等学校"思想政治教育"对我们的启示

思想政治教育历来是我国高等教育和人才培养目标的重中之重,美国虽然没有明确采用"思想政治教育"的概念,但其在公民教育、道德教育、政治社会化等名义下进行了大量的实质性的思想政治教育,取得了显著的成效,并在思想政治教育内容、途径、理论研究与队伍建设方面积累了比较丰富的经验,形成了具有特色的思想政治教育体系。他山之石,可以攻玉。我们可以以马克思主义的立场方法批判地吸收、借鉴其有益经验,增强我国高等学校思想政治教育的实效性。

American higher education''''s enlightenment for our country''''s ideological and political education

Ideological and political education has always been the most important issue of the higher education of our country and talents' training objective. Though U.S.A. government has not adopted the concept of "ideological and political education" clearly, it has carried on a large amount of substantively ideological and political education in the name of citizen education, moral education, political socialization and so on. It has made the remarkable results, and has accumulated more abundant experiences in ideological and political education content and approaches, theoretical research and building of contingent, and has formed the education system of ideology and politics with characteristics. The stones from other hills may serve to polish the jade of this one. We can absorb and draw lessons from their beneficial experiences critically with Marxist stand and methodology, and enhance the substantial results of ideological and political education of institutions of higher education in our country.
