| 摘 要： | 学生宿舍是学生学习和生活的重要场所,也是校园精神文明建设的重要窗口。应抓好学生宿舍管理,从而发挥其育人功能。文中结合目前学生宿舍管理体制、管理方法的弊端,提出了多元化宿舍管理的新模式及其基本实现途径。

| Abstract: | The dormitory is one of the main places where students study and live,and it also is a window to display the achievements in spiritual civilization construction in the university.Therefore,we ought to do a good job in managing students' dormitory and bring its educational functions into full play.In this respect,however,many problems exist in the dormitory management system and methods.This paper puts forward a new mode of multi-management and describes its basic practical approaches. |
