| 摘 要： | 贺长龄是清代嘉庆道光年间的名臣,官至云贵总督兼云南巡抚,在1836到1845年间担任贵州巡抚期间,他勤政爱民,致力治理贵州民族地区。他整肃吏治,缉匪安民;兴教办学,培养人才;重视农业,发展工商;公正处理贵州民族关系,禁革少数民族陋习,从而推动了贵州民族地区的治理开发。

| Abstract: | He Changling,the famous official in the Qing Dynasty during the period of Emperor Jiaqing and Emperor Daoguang,was once the Governor-General of Yunnan and Guizhou,as well as the Governor of Yunnan.He devoted himself to the administration of Guizhou from 1836-1845 when the was the Governor of Guizhou.He made major efforts in supervising local officials and comforting the people.He developed education to cultivate qualified people.He encouraged the development of agriculture and handicraft industry,even commerce.He fairly treated the Han and the Miao people.He got rid of some outmoded customs.As a result,he promoted the administration and development of Guizhou. |
