全面开放期我国零售上市公司经营绩效的变化:基于结构的视角

从结构视角,对全面开放期以来我国零售上市公司经营绩效进行了分析,发现:(1)全面开放期前上市的零售公司整体平均绩效降低,结构呈现两极分化,业绩优良的平均经营绩效上升,业绩差的平均绩效下降;(2)全面开放期前上市的公司中,总部在中西部地区的与总部在东部地区的经营绩效差距在缩小,变化幅度则是中西部地区高于东部地区;(3)开放期后上市的零售公司经营绩效高于开放期前上市公司的平均水平,变化幅度小于开放期前上市的公司。最后,讨论了研究的启示。

On Business Performance Change in Chinese Retail Listed Companies during All-round Opening up Based on Structure Perspective

From a perspective of structure,this essay analyzes the business performance of Chinese listed companies during the period of 2005-2010.The analysis indicates that:(1) The average business performance declines in listed companies,however the structure shows a polarization: the business performance rises in excellent listed companies and declines in poorly-performed ones;(2) The gap narrows in business performance between east and mid-west corporate HQs listed before all-round opening up,with the change spread of business performance in mid-west companies bigger than in east companies;(3) The companies listed after 2005 have better business performance than those listed before 2005,with the change spread lower than the latter.Finally,discussion is made on the enlightenment of the research.
