北京零售企业库存水平影响因素的实证分析--基于2001~2010年上市公司的数据

基于2001～2010年间北京地区零售企业库存水平发展现状,以北京地区上市公司为研究对象,运用回归分析方法,系统考察了北京地区零售企业10年间的库存变化及其影响因素。研究结果表明:库存周转率与毛利率呈负相关关系;与公司规模显著正相关;与固定资产比重无明显相关关系;与销售增长率呈现明显的非对称性,即相对于销售增长,销售下降时销售状况对库存周转率的影响更明显;北京零售业库存周转率更多受到公司自身管理水平的显著影响,宏观环境对国内零售企业库存周转率随年度变化甚微。因此,扩大销售规模、增强渠道力量、提高管理水平和降低费用比率为发展急需。

An Empirical Study on Influencing Factors of Inventory Level of Beijing Retail Enterprises -Based on the Data of Listed Companies during 2000-2010 Liu Xiao-xue

This paper investigates the development of inventory during the period of 2001-2010 in the listed companies of retail enterprises in Beijing.Using regression analysis,it systematically examines the decade changes in inventory of retail enterprises in Beijing and their influencing factors.The research indicates that inventory turnover has significant negative correlation with gross profit margin,has significant positive correlation with sales size,and has no significant correlation with fixed assets ratio.Inventory turnover and sales growth are obviously asymmetric,which means that in relative to sales increase,inventory turnover changes more remarkably with sales decline.The inventory turnover in Beijing retail industry is more obviously influenced by managerial level while macroeconomic factors such as financial crisis in 2008 have minor influences on inventory turnover.Therefore,top priority should be given to expanding sales scale,strengthening sales channel and improving managerial level to reduce the cost ratio.
