摘    要:上海永安公司成立后,面临着非常激烈的同业竞争,其中既有同外资百货业的竞争,也有来自内资同行的市场压力。永安公司采取"心中有人"的经营理念,从强化服务意识上入手,完善服务手段;同时,明确自身定位,针对不同的竞争对手,采取有针对性的竞争策略,综合运用服务、品牌、宣传、价格等多种竞争手段,最终获得了成功。

Abstract:Since the establishment,Shanghai Yong’an Company has faced the fierce horizontal competition from both foreign and domestic department stores as well as the market pressure from the Chinese domestic industry.But Yong’an Company adopts an operating concept oriented by "People in Deep Heart",which intensifies the awareness of service to improve the service tools.Meanwhile,the company makes clear its own positioning and takes the competitive strategy for different competitors accordingly.With a combination of various competitive tools such as service,brand,publicity,price,etc.,Yong’an Company has finally achieved a success.
