| Abstract: | Leadership style is important effecting factor of enterprises culture formation. Enterprises cuhure is the soul of enterprise culture, with apparent characters of enterprises. Leadership style effects the culture atmosphere and economic orientation of enterprises. The cooperativity between leadership and enterprises culture means that the leader and the leader style has the unreplaceable leading role in enterprise development. |
