水文化研究与水文化教育须双轮驱动

在社会资源过渡开发利用与生态环境不断变化的形势下,根治水环境污染与恶化仅靠技术力量是远远不够的,还必须运用水文化的力量加以推动。本文从开展水文化研究与教育的重要意义入手,全面总结了水文化研究与教育的特点与不足,探讨了水文化研究与教育的途径和方式,特别强调了水文化研究与教育必须做到双轮驱动。

The Necessity of Going Together Concerning Water Culture Study and Water Culture Education

Because of the excessive development and use of social resources and the change of the ecological environment,it is far away from eliminating the pollution and deterioration of water environment with the aid of techniques.Therefore,it is necessary to make use of water culture to improve the eliminating process.This paper first points out the importance of implementing water culture study and education,and summarizes the characteristics and shortcomings of such work.Then it deeply analyzes the ways of water culture study and education,placing emphasis on making them go together.
