| 摘 要： | 清朝末年,外国资本主义的进入给中国带来了现代资本主义生产方式,这本应是中国建立现代资本主义的契机,但是中国却未能进入现代资本主义社会.文章通过对晚清的两次制度变迁的考察:第一次是中国从封建社会进入半殖民半封建社会;第二次是中国从半殖民地半封建社会进入现代资本主义社会,揭示了晚清中国的原始资本主义不能发展到现代资本主义的真正原因就在于晚清外国资本对中国经济的控制.

| Abstract: | In last years of Qing Dynasty,the entry of the foreign capitalism brought modern capitalist mode to China,this should be an opportunity of setting up modern capitalism in China,but China fails to enter modern capitalism.This article inspects two systems evolutions in the end of Qing Dynasty,and promulgated the true reason that China's original capitalism cannot develop to the modern capitalism is that the foreign economy has controlled the development of Chinese economy. |
