| 摘 要： | 有关国际法院的管辖争议中,大量涉及到案件的可受理性问题。可受理性问题在发生依据和后果上都不同于管辖权。有关争议主要表现在是否存在法律争端等五个方面。国际法学界对管辖争议的研究主要集中于管辖权方面,鉴于可受理性问题的广泛性和复杂性,需要深入的探讨和研究。

| Abstract: | There were many controversies over the issues of admissibility in the international court of justice.Admissibility is different from jurisdiction in foundation and consequence.The controversies over admissibility are embodied in five aspects.In traditional jurisprudence of international law,the research mainly focused on jurisdiction.Because of the extensiveness and complexity of admissibility,much more attention must be paid to this issue. |
