| 摘 要： | 我国的人民民主专政经历了两个时期,即新民主主义革命时期和社会主义时期。社会主义时期我国的人民民主专政的实质是无产阶级专政,但它在所承担的任务、政权组成的阶级结构、概念表述、政权组织形式和国家结构形式方面又具有鲜明的特点,是有中国特色的无产阶级专政。

| Abstract: | The people's democratic dictatorship of our country has undergone two periods: one is the period of new democratic revolution, and the other is the socialist period. The people's democratic dictatorship in the socialist period is essentially the proletarian dictatorship which has its outstanding characteristics in its tasks, class structure, definition, organizational form of regime and national structure form. It is proletarian dictatorship with distinctive Chinese features. |
