| 摘 要： | 旧村城市化改造是我国当前城市化浪潮的热点。本文分析总结了旧村城市化改造中社区转型与再造相关研究文献的主要成果,评述目前研究取得的成就和存在的不足,在此基础上提出本议题未来的研究方向。

| Abstract: | Community transformation and reengineering of old villages in urban recon- struction is of primary focus in China＇s urbanization process. This paper summarizes the main conclusions of related researches on this topic, points out the achievements and inadequacies of these literatures, and proposes directions for future studies based on this review. |
