| 摘 要： | 兼职工伤事故责任既是劳动保险中的重要问题,也是民事侵权行为法中的特殊实践问题。就兼职人员工伤事故的若干法律问题,从理论和实践的结合上借鉴国外相关理论和立法规定,分析我国兼职人员工伤事故责任的现状并完善,将有利于保护兼职劳动者的合法权益。

| Abstract: | The part-timer industrial injury accident responsibility is not only one of important questions in the labor insurance,but also a special practice question in the tort law.From the combination of the theory and practice on the several problems of our country's part-timer industrial injury accident,drawing support from foreign relevant theories and legislations,and analyzing the current situation and perfection of the part-timer industrial injury accident responsibility in our country,can help us to protect the part-time labourer's legitimate rights and interests. |
