Meta-synthesis Engineering in Risk Management for Major Projects

With the deepening of our reform-and-opening policy and transition from planning to market system, the risks in major construction projects are becoming larger and larger,so it is very important to study risk management for major projects. This paper discusses the characteristice of risks in major projects, presents a viewpoinr of applying Meta-synthesis Engineering to managing risks in major projects, and analyzes the method of formulating project risk management plan.
