| 摘 要： | 毛泽东的一生是崇高而无私的,他的人生价值观就是追求大公无私和平等.在这种价值观的影响下,新中国成立之后,他在分配制度上主张公平分配优先而后经济增长的思想,目的就是为了使中华子孙过上平等而富足的生活.尽管这一宿愿没有完全实现,但对于今天改革开放条件下如何处理分配与经济增长的关系却具有很大的启示.

| Abstract: | Mao Zedong was lofty and selfless through all life. Pursuing selflessness and equality is his axiology. Influenced by this concept,he claimed the idea of equal allocation superior to economic growth in distribution system after founding of the People's Republic of China for the purpose that all Chinese people could lead an equal and wealthy life. Though the idea was not fulfilled, it's essential to the management of relationship between distribution and economic growth. |
