韩国文化产业发展及运作对中国的启示

21世纪以来韩国政府大力发展本国文化产业,取得了巨大的成果。自全斗焕总统执政开始韩国政府为文化产业的发展制定了一系列的政策法律法规,这对韩国文化产业的发展起到了积极的促进作用。通过分析韩国文化产业的发展现状,可以看出韩国文化产业在发展过程中具有以下特点,即政府为主导、文化产业政策经济性与非经济性双重并重以及资本、人才和技术为文化产业的发展提供动力。韩国文化产业的发展及运作的成功经验对我国文化产业的发展具有重要的启示意义。
