由全球化引发的世界各种文化的融合与冲突,使西部文化面临着巨大的挑战与机遇。在经济基础比较薄弱的条件下,如何打破西部文化的封闭性、保守性,发挥和保持西部地域文化的本土性、民族性,成为促进西部文化建设迫切需要解决的大问题。尤其是西部特殊的地理位置和复杂多样的文化成分,决定了在文化全球化的背景下西部地区在文化主体、文化体系、文化价值、文化体制和文化产业等方面的建设显得任重而道远。

The Construction of the Western Culture in View of Globalization

The western culture is confronted with tremendous challenges and opportunities under the context of globalization which has been leading to various forms of cultural mixing and conflict.Under poor economic conditions,it is an important problem for the construction of the western culture of how to break down the closed or conservative western culture, and give play to the west local and national culture.Especially, the west special geographic location and complicated composition of culture,which determines how the western regions bear glorious responsibilities in building of cultural subject, cultural system, cultural value, cultural structure and cultural industries.
