摘    要:大学毕业生就业难的重要原因之一是缺乏用人单位强调的“实践经验”。本文认为,首先,在变化加剧的时代一个人的经验依赖,特别是专业技术上的经验依赖是有限的,用人单位更应当考察大学生的“可雇佣性”。其次,解决大学毕业生初次就业的社会实践和工作经验问题是高校、用人单位和学生三方共同的责任。

Abstract:Lacking "practical experience" is regarded as one of the key reasons for the university graduates' difficulty in finding jobs. First, this paper holds that the individual experience, especially the professional technical experience related to work, is rather limited in the rapidly changing times, and employing organizations should inspect students' employability, namely the abilities required by their professional development to develop self potential ability, to learn new knowledge and to adapt to environment changes. Secondly, it is the responsibility shared by colleges, employers and students to solve the social practice and work experience problems encountered by university graduates in the initial stage of employment. It is worth learning from "the employee skill developing and training system" popular in Japanese companies. The competition in the labor market mobility should be encouraged but not the frequent job-switch and talents competition of cutting the ground from under other's feet.
