| Abstract: | Over the past several years, interest in millimeter wave technoJogy has rapidly grown.In terms of three principal characteristics of millimeler waves, that is, short wave-lengths, large bandwidth and interaction with atmospheric constituents, a number of new applica tions in civilian and millitary engineering are identified.In this paper,a brief about this situation is given in order to introduce these new devolopments and bring to one's attention. |
