基于分子印迹技术的麻黄素电容传感器的研制

摘    要:应用分子印迹技术,以邻氨基苯甲酸为单体电聚合生成了对麻黄素敏感的分子印迹聚合物薄膜。以此薄膜为关键元件制备了麻黄素电容传感器。实验结果表明,该传感器对麻黄素有明显响应,且对与麻黄素结构相似物质肾上腺素及去甲肾上腺素选择性良好。

Abstract:In this article, the author uses MIP and uses o-amidbenzylacid as monor electric polymer to make a kind of MIP film which is sensitive to ephedrine, and makes an ephedrine capacitance sensor by using the film as the key element. The result of the experiment shows that this kind of sensor can respond to ephedrine very well and it can also be in connection with epinephrine and noradrenalin which are similar to ephedrine in structure.
