| Abstract: | The thoughts of Sanjin legalist school once became the main directing theory of ruling classes.In the theory of Sanjin legalist school system,all the theories such as conception of history,the theory of human nature,the theory of absolute monarchy,the theory of ruling by law and the thoughts of severe punishment that serve the main topic of that time——development of economy and military.So it is significant to do research on the subject of theory system of Sanjin legalist school for grabbing the main points of Sanjin legalist theory and its historical position. |
