| 摘 要： | 利用1980-2009年省级面板数据,采用面板数据单位根、面板协整、FMOLS估计法和格兰杰因果检验,分阶段研究了财政分权对中国地区经济增长的影响。结果表明,财政分权的经济增长效应呈现出显著的跨时差异和地域差异。

| Abstract: | In this paper,we use the techniques of panel unit root,panel cointegration,FMOLS estimation and Granger causality test based on the provincial data from 1980 to 2009,and examine the relation between fiscal decentralization and economic growth.The results show that fiscal decentralization effects on the economic growth show significant differences across time and geographical differences. |
