职业复原力研究现状及展望

摘    要:职业复原力是个体在面临职业挫折时,主动调整自己,产生适应性行为的能力。该领域的研究在西方已经有二十多年的历史。目前测量工具的侧重点不尽相同。职业复原力概念与许多积极人格变量如控制感、效能感等存在关系,对于职业心理和行为也有相当显著的影响。职业履历表是提高职业复原力的重要手段。未来研究应更重视职业复原力与个体职业生涯变量关系的研究,开发出信度、效度更高的测量工具。

Abstract:Career resilience is the ability to actively manage one's work life and behave adaptively when facing career disruptions.Western scholars have been devoting to this topic for over twenty years and have developed various scales.Career resilience has a significant relationship with many positive personality characteristics.such as locos of control and self-efficacy etc.It also influences individual's work life and behavior remarkably.Career portfolio is considered as a useful way to enhance career resilience....
