| 摘 要： | 创业企业对一国经济的发展具有重要意义,而创业企业又常面临融资难的问题。要解决这个问题,创业投资公司(创业投资基金)、个人投资者、政府三者需相互配合,发挥各自的积极作用。文章分析了这三者的特征和其在融资中所起的作用,针对我国情况,对我国创业融资多元化支持体系的设计提出了一些构想。

| Abstract: | Start-ups play a significant role in a nation's economic development,but they are often confronting financing constraints. In order to solve this problem, venture capital organizations, venture capital funds, angel capitalists and government should work together. This article analyses the characteristics of them, and outlines the designs of venture capital supporting system of our country. |
