| Abstract: | Modern property right system is the basis of the existence and development of the market economy. Meanwhile,it is the intrinsic demand of consummate fundamental economic system. Still,it is the significant system guarantee that fulfils the development of sustaining,rapid and healthy national economy. The system is also necessary to the sequential run of social society. |
