| 摘 要： | 使用技术差距为新的权重对国际R&D溢出测算的LP方法进行了改进,并将改进前后两种方法测得的19852007年间通过FDI渠道溢出到我国的国际R&D存量对我国技术进步的影响进行比较,结果显示改进前的测算方法对国际R&D溢出对我国技术进步的促进作用略有低估;加入人力资本和国内研发投入与国际R&D溢出交互项的回归结果显示改进后的测算方法比原方法更为精确有效.从回归的结果还可以得出:国内R&D投入是我国技术进步的主要来源,但FDI带来的国际R&D溢出对我国的技术进步也有明显的促进作用;我国的人力资本还未达到有效吸收国外研发溢出的水平,研发投入水平也在某种程度上阻碍了国际研发溢出对我国技术进步的促进作用.
