摘    要:人力资源管理是企业战略管理的重要组成部分,如何改进人力资源管理水平,提高人力资源配置效率是商业银行在经营管理实践中需要迫切解决的重要问题。随着国家金融体制和商业银行改革的不断深化,人力资源配置的结构性矛盾日益引起人们的关注,人力资源的合理、有效配置,对商业银行提高服务水平、运营质量和整体效益将产生广泛和深远的重要作用。

Abstract:Human resource management is an important part of strategic management of the enterprise, and how to improve the level of human resource management to improve the efficiency of the allocation of human re- sources in commercial banks in the operation and management practice are important issues that need to be ur- gently addressed. With the deepening of the reform of national financial institutions and commercial banks, the structural contradictions of human resource allocation is increasingly calling for attention. The reasonable and ef- fective allocation of human resources in commercial banks is of extensive and far - reaching significance to im- prove service levels, quality of operations and overall working efficiency.
