| Abstract: | The connotation of the individualized knowledge service has been analyzed. Taking biobutanol users in the field of chemical industry for example, the individualized knowledge service ways have been discussed, including subject librarian real-time services, personalized custom services and personalized push service mode. The knowledge service of technical support has been discussed, including personal library, characteristic database resources and talent team construction. |
