| 摘 要： | "中国模式"已日益引起关注,统一的发展战略与"经济分权与政治集权"的治理模式构成其基本构架.在改革探索的实践中,中国模式形成了政策形成机制和激励机制两种具体的治理机制,并表现出三个明显的演进特征:通过不断学习形成的自我发展性质、"从谈判到规则"的利益协调性质和"从数量到效率"的竞争性质.两种治理机制和三个演进特征使中国模式具有极强的自我发展和完善的能力.随着客观条件、形势的变化而不断演进的中国模式就具有了可持续性,作为一种发展中的理论构架,其不仅能够指引中国的未来,而且体现出理论本身的一般适用性.
