| 摘 要： | WTO多哈回合谈判,是中国第一次以正式成员身份参加此类谈判方数量众多、议题广泛、旷日持久的大型多边经贸外交,它为中国全面学习、适应多边经贸外交的游戏规则并积极影响多边贸易体制的运行提供了宝贵契机。通过过去几年积极、务实、灵活的参与,中国在多哈回合谈判中发挥了重要的建设性作用。下一阶段,中国应采取有力措施切实加强自身与谈判有关的能力建设,同时采取市场准入议题和发展议题"两手抓"的策略,推动谈判的成功结束和多边贸易体制的健康、持续发展。
