| 摘 要： | 合理的投资机制是经济增长的第一推动力,通过产业关联密切城市间的经济联系,从而保证中原城市群的崛起.所以在中原城市群发展的初期阶段,着力培育以市场为导向,以民间投资为主体的投资机制应是目前经济工作的第一要务.

| Abstract: | Reasonable mechanism of investment is the first motive force of economic growth and makes the economic links among cities closer, thus guarantees the emergence of city group of central plains. So, on the initial stage of city group developing, we should put forth efforts to cultivate the market-oriented investment mechanism with non-governmental investment as main part,it should be the first important task of present economic work in Henan. |
