| 摘 要： | 大都市圈发展水平是衡量一个国家或地区社会经济发展水平的重要标志之一.大都市圈对于中国经济社会发展具有重要意义:一是有助于小康社会建设;二是有利于规模经济的进一步实现;三是有利于产业结构调整.搞好中国的大都市圈战略应采取的措施,一是强化规划的引导作用;二是重视组织的协调作用;三是强调运用经济手段进行宏观调控.

| Abstract: | The development of metropolis circle is one of the marks measuring the development of social economy in one country or region.As far as China is concerned,metropolis circle is conducive to a well-off society,beneficial to large-scaled economy and the adjustment of industrial structure.The measures we should take are the leading function of planning,organization and coordination and macro-control with economic means. |
