| Abstract: | In this paper, the author elaborated the complexity of the ethnic minorities issues at the present stage in China： that is, economic issues interwoven with political issues, practical issues interwoven with historical issues, ethnic minority issues interwoven with religious issues, domestic issues interweaved international issues. |
