论第一生产关系

确认第一生产力的存在,也就确认了第一生产关系的存在。不同经济时代有不同的第一生产力和不同的第一生产关系。在知识经济时代,由于知识成了生产资料,脑力劳动者地位提高,科学技术参与分配,所以知识资本占有制成为第一生产关系。在着力发展第一生产力的同时,必须努力调整和改善第一生产关系,例如建设学习型社会,保护知识产权,分清学术权力与行政权力的界限等。

On the First Productive Relation

The confirmation of the existence of the first productive force leads to the conformation of the first productive relation which varies with different economic ages.In the age of knowledge economy,the ownership of knowledge capital becomes the first productive relation due to the fact that knowledge becomes production means,the mental workers have a higher position,and science and technology are involved in distribution.While developing the first productive force,we should try to adjust and improve the first productive relation such as the establishment of learning-oriented society,the protection of intellectual property right and the division between the academic power and the administrative power.
