| 摘 要： | 当前高校毕业生就业难的现实存在,引起了整个社会各层面的高度关注.导致高校毕业生就业难的主要原因,并非是高校扩招所致,而是有其深刻而复杂的社会因素.一方面,我国经济社会及其所有制结构的多元化,带来了社会就业结构的重大变化,而就业结构的重大变化,直接导致了高校毕业生就业的供需不平衡;另一方面,我国经济区域发展不平衡性,以及城乡差异日益加大的客观现实,又导致高校毕业生就业区域选择的单一性倾向,从而使得就业结构性矛盾凸显的更加尖锐.解决高校毕业生就业难是一个长期而又系统的复杂工程,需要政府、企业、高校、高校毕业生自身以及社会各方面的长期努力.
